Entry Date: March 11 The news that happened while I had no internet access.... For those wondering where Rik is these days, we at least know he's alive! A February 28th photo of Rik appeared on Bruno Press recently. To view it, type Rik's name into the "Zoeken in beeldbank" box on the right hand side of the page. Thanks to Claire Henson for finding this. Rik didn't appear at the Evil Calls premiere as expected, but we're told (as we reported on February 3rd) that he will be involved with promotion for the third film in The Raven Trilogy when it's released. An article about Richard Driscoll's production vision appeared on the BBC website on February 14th. There was also a BBC TV news report the same day about the premiere of the film and the production company. Thanks to Rachel Warner and Claire Henson for this for this. Rik is voicing a new Domestos Toilet Cleaner advertisement, playing a toilet germ. Thanks to Sarah Williamson for this. Sharon Love recently sent Brunskill a letter asking what Rik might be up to in the future, and this is what they replied:
A followup to the Hogs of War Playstation game from several years ago will be released on PS2, Wii, DS and PC formats at some point this year (?). There's no word on whether Rik will provide voices for this followup game as he did with the original. Thanks to Rachel King for this.

The Don't Let Devon Go to Waste campaign (reported here on October 7th, 2007) has won an award for Best TV Ad of 2007 from The Drum website. Thanks to Rachel King for this. We've been told that Rik will appear in the third film of The Raven Trilogy, Back to Hell, and he'll appear at a promo event for the film when it's released in the future. It will play in Hampshire on July 12th at 1:30pm at the Havant Arts Center. For those who missed the prior news on this, it's a children's stage show that uses a recording of Rik as their narrator. Entry Date: January 16 Rik has written and narrated an online video titled Me and My Goldfish Were Going to the Pub, done for Goldfish credit cards. The video features a pasted together version of Rik made from animation and old photos of him. Thanks to Sharon Love for this. Rik's been big on the voiceovers lately. He's also done narration for a Binz anti-litter cartoon, where he plays a robot. This educational DVD was released to schools in Chesire two months ago. It can be seen on youtube in two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Thanks to "B'Stard's Little Helper" for this. The Raven: Evil Calls (formerly Alone in the Dark), which was filmed a few years ago, will finally come out next month. It will premiere on February 12th at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square at 8:30pm, with a charity screening following on February 13th in Cornwall. The film will then go straight to DVD on February 14th. Information on the film as well as the DVD can be found at their official site.
